Lighting in the bathroom left much to be desired. two lights were out, making it downright gloomy for freshening up. The shower pressure was underwhelming, especially with a handheld option that couldn't be fixed down, and maintenance seemed to be on hiatus, given the dust on the air vents. Breakfast hours ended too early for my liking, and items such as gluten-free options were non-existent despite the easy solution of stocking sealed packs. As for the breakfast itself, the food could be a hit or miss. arriving late meant the offerings were often cold, and I found myself missing the traditional English bacon. a mixed bag, but the basics were adequately covered.

Perfect little getaway!
Had an awesome stay! The place is super cute and cozy. Staff was so helpful, and I loved my room, even if it was a bit on the small side. The shower? Amazing pressure! Enjoyed a tasty breakfast too, though the dining area felt a bit cramped during busy hours. just a fab experience!

The grilled vegetables at Society Bar & Restaurant were absolutely divine, pairing well with a refreshing cocktail while soaking in the lively atmosphere. Plus, being so close to Kensington Olympia made it a perfect spot for a cheeky London adventure!
My elderly parents were placed by the entrance in room No 1, which offered gorgeous bay windows but zero privacy with folks trotting by. Still, they loved the space and kept the vibes going, even with the curtains drawn!

easy access to museums and parks for city explorations
My stay was delightful as the hotel is almost a 2 km stroll from the renowned Science Museum and less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Leighton House Museum, making my weekend exploration a breeze. The charming staff made my experience all the better with their kindness and helpfulness. however, the breakfast area could use more space.

Check-in was delayed despite arriving on time, forcing us to wait in a poorly appointed area with just a coffee machine. The room felt outdated, missing basics like functioning mirrors and secure showers. Avoid unless substantial improvements are made. Consider nearby dining for a better experience.

We spent a night here and loved how close it was to West Kensington tube station, just a 5-min walk! The deluxe king room was cozy and comfy. Staff was friendly too! One thing though, the shower pressure could be better. The breakfast was tasty, would recommend the pastries!
